<p>Tymely develops an AI solution (based on NLP) that automatically handles customer support inquiries with a human-level accuracy, and sets a new standard for customer service.</p><p>We are seeking to hire a <strong>Product Analyst </strong>responsible for developing and constructing automated conversational workflows with customers, leveraging data insights. This role also involves analyzing performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities.
