Utilize various tools and channels to generate high-quality leads and expand our sales pipeline.</li><li>Engage with prospects to initiate meaningful conversations via email, phone, Linkedin, and any other channel. Conduct discovery calls to understand their pain points, business challenges, and goals. Qualify leads based on their fit for our solutions, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for our Account Executives.</li><li>Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects by providing value through insightful conversations and tailored messaging. Understand their unique needs and challenges to effectively position our AI-driven solutions as valuable assets to their business operations.</li><li>Collaborate closely with our Account Executives to transfer qualified leads and provide comprehensive background information for successful handover. Maintain open communication to ensure a smooth transition and effective follow-up on leads generated.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.</li><li>Keep accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions using CRM software. Provide regular reports on key metrics, including lead generation, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies and optimize performance.</li><li>Meet monthly and yearly goals.</li></ul>

Sales Development Representative

Requirements:

<ul><li><strong>Capable of working US business hours</strong></li><li><strong>1-2 years of experience in sales development </strong>and lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup</li><li>Proven track record of achieving SDR targets and be proficient with the latest SDR tools, including Salesloft, Outreach, and CRMs like Hubspot</li><li><strong>Excellent English </strong>communication skills are essential for building relationships via email and phone</li><li>Resilient individual who can positively handle objections and rejection</li><li>Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the motivation to exceed targets and keep excellent records</li><li>Experience in retail SaaS B2B or customer support tech is advantageous</li><li>Curious and passionate about technology, AI, and the retail industry.</li><li>Team player able to collaborate across departments</li></ul>
