Director of Product Management

If you’re passionate about building from the ground up and excited by the challenges and opportunities of the startup stage, we want to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead and manage the development, approval, and ongoing management of the product roadmap.</li><li>Oversee the entire development lifecycle of products and features.</li><li>Define objectives, leading metrics, and key results to measure the success of quarterly initiatives. Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches.</li><li>Manage the data aspects of the product, ensuring it meets customer needs and provides accurate answers.</li><li>Empower internal teams with the necessary tools and data.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.</li><li>Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to engineering teams.</li></ul>

Requirements:
<ul><li>7+ years as a Product Manager with <strong>Inbound experience.</strong></li><li>Strong technical background; able to discuss technical constraints and alternatives with analytics and engineering teams.</li><li>Data-driven with exceptional business acumen to align product initiatives with business goals.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective user engagement and seamless collaboration with engineers.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.</li><li>Deep understanding of the software development process from concept to delivery.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on high-impact initiatives.</li><li>Highly collaborative and team-focused, yet capable of driving projects independently.</li><li>Proactive, enthusiastic team player.</li><li>Fluent in English and Hebrew.</li><li>Startup experience as a founding team member or founder - a great advantage</li></ul>
