Director of Sales

<p>Tymely, one of the most promising early-stage Israeli startups, is transforming customer service centers from cost centers into profit centers. With 20 employees and a recent $11M seed round, the company leverages large language models (LLMs) alongside proprietary technology that learns and optimizes internal business processes, significantly enhancing the efficiency and profitability of customer service operations.</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and results-driven Strategic director of sales to join our passionate team.</p><p>You will be part of Tymely's sales efforts and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth.</p><p>If you are a motivated, innovative thinker with a passion for sales and technology, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Take part in the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy.</li><li>Prospecting and closing deals. Requirements:

<p>As part of a team of A-players, you must have a proven track record of excellence, showcasing significant achievements such as outstanding top academic performance at leading universities , high psychometric scores, participation in gifted student programs, or any other demonstration of exceptional accomplishment. Don't be shy and tell us all about it!</p><p>You also need to have:</p><ul><li>At least 4 years of experience in a B2B sales role, selling to enterprises customers in the US.</li><li>A solid foundation in the theory or academic principles of B2B sales, negotiation, and sales processes.</li><li>Rapid learning ability and adaptability to new challenges.</li><li>&nbsp;Agile mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.</li><li>Willingness to be hands-on and take initiative.</li><li>Willingness to work US hours.</li></ul>
