Head of Sales
<p>Tymely, one of the most promising early-stage Israeli startups, is transforming customer service centers from cost centers into profit centers. With 20 employees and a recent $6M seed round, the company leverages large language models (LLMs) alongside proprietary technology that learns and optimizes internal business processes, significantly enhancing the efficiency and profitability of customer service operations.</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and results-driven Strategic Head of sales to join our passionate team.</p><p>You will lead Tymely's sales efforts, reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career by stepping into a leadership role with full ownership and responsibility for the company's sales strategy. You’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and building a high-performing sales organization.</p><p>If you are a motivated, innovative thinker with a passion for sales and technology, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy.</li><li>Take a hands-on approach to implementing the strategy, including prospecting and closing deals.</li><li>Manage and grow a team of SDRs (starting with 1), ensuring they are effectively generating leads and supporting the sales process.</li><li>Work closely with SDRs to optimize lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes, ensuring a structured and efficient sales pipeline.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align efforts, ensuring seamless lead generation and conversion to support sales targets.</li><li>Oversee the development of a sales pipeline, including identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving growth in key markets.</li><li>Regularly report sales performance and progress to company leadership.</li><li>Apply data-driven approaches to sales tactics, including A/B testing and iterative improvements.</li><li>Continuously analyze performance metrics to refine the sales strategy and adapt to market conditions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer You</strong></p><ul><li>Direct reporting to the CEO.</li><li>A stimulating and supportive environment designed to accommodate exceptional individuals like yourself.</li><li>Involvement in driving cutting-edge B2B sales strategies and leading a growing team.</li><li>Be one of the core team members at an early-stage startup.</li><li>Hybrid work setup: flexibility to work from home and from the office (as US hours needed).</li></ul>

Requirements:
<p>As part of a team of A-players, you must have a proven track record of excellence, showcasing significant achievements such as outstanding top academic performance at leading universities , high psychometric scores, participation in gifted student programs, or any other demonstration of exceptional accomplishment. Don't be shy and tell us all about it!</p><p>You also need to have:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B sales role.</li><li>A solid foundation in the theory or academic principles of B2B sales, negotiation, and sales processes.</li><li>Rapid learning ability and adaptability to new challenges.</li><li> Agile mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.</li><li>Willingness to be hands-on and take initiative.</li></ul>
